A Mark Twain Library card will be issued to any Redding resident who demonstrates proof of residency in Redding. Children may apply for library cards when they turn five and are able to write their first and last name. Fill out the application below. After completing the application, we will contact you when you library card is ready. Please bring proof of Redding residency to the library to receive your library card. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present to receive their library card.

Proof of Residency:

Acceptable proof of residency includes a Connecticut driver’s license showing your Redding address, property or rental documents, or a piece of mail delivered to your address in town.
