Get tips on how to spot financial frauds and learn effective techniques to avoid becoming a target of scammers.  These criminals often target seniors, but people of all ages are victimized every day.  The types of frauds discussed will include: government or banking impersonation, false grandparent/family emergencies, and callers claiming to help with mortgage finance.  

About Our Speaker
Nathaniel Kearney is an FBI Special Agent and Connecticut resident.  During his 11 years with the FBI, he has conducted a variety of criminal investigations.  His current area of expertise is financial fraud.  Prior to joining the Bureau, Kearney practiced as a Trusts & Estates attorney for five years.  Kearney possesses unique knowledge of, and insight into, the most current and common frauds perpetrated against private citizens.
