In the world of self-care who and what to believe has become increasingly confusing, and what works for one doesn’t
always work for all.  However, there are steps you can take that have been proven to help improve your overall health and well-being. During this workshop, you will explore 4 key areas of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Mindfulness, and the benefits of making positive changes in each of the areas.  You will identify what is most important to you, and craft a plan on how to create and implement new habits to achieve success!  Start the New Year with a New You!

About Our Speaker
Leigh Bochicchio is a personal growth and wellness coach.  After many years in corporate America, she pursued a lifelong passion to become a health coach to help others improve their health. She received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and an additional certification in gut health. Leigh conducts workshops on nutrition and healthy cooking and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to individuals, groups and families.
