The intention of this series is to spend mindful time soaring above your parenting journey; to gain new and expanded perceptions of yourself & your parenthood. Through the series you will experience greater relaxation, connect with like-minded parents and gain mindfulness techniques to bring into your family life.
Parents of all ages and in all stages are welcome. Parents are also encouraged to bring their little ones along.
This 5 week series is led by Alexa Oliveri- Motherhood Coach, Community Builder & Intuitive

Meet Alexa Oliveri 
Alexa is a Mother to her two daughters, who are her teachers and inspiration for her current life's work as a Motherhood Coach, Community Builder and Intuitive. Through this work, Alexa is called to bring Parents and their children together in community. She is passionate about helping parents create & integrate within their role as Parent; so they find ease and joy within their days. Alexa is dedicated to creating safe, supportive space for both Parent & child as they grow, learn and explore through this life.
Her training and past experiences in corporate business, event planning, team leadership, life and business coaching come to the forefront with her current work in groups, 1:1 sessions & retreats. Alexa is a creator, manifestor, kundalini yoga and matcha latte lover. She lives in the beautiful woods of Redding, CT with her family.

Our facilitated conversations invite participants to consider imaginative and alternative viewpoints about the creative process in a congenial, relaxed Zoom setting. Empower your creativity and feed your brain by joining us in the Creative Collective Discussion Group! In this 8-week series, the Creative Collective will explore how to break down creative blocks with the help of Your Brain on Art: How the Arts Transform Us by Susan Magsamen and Ivy Ross .  This book will be used as a springboard for inspiration and discovery. It's time! You've just spent 3+ years perfecting your coursework, extracurriculars and overall high school experience. So how do you package it all up and present the best version of yourself to colleges? During this session led by Priyanka Shingala of Let's Talk College, participants will:
  1. Explore the different college applications and admissions cycles (Early Action, Early Decision, Regular, Rolling).
  2. Go through the Common app section-by-section while learning the best ways to complete each part.
  3. Become familiar with common mistakes that students make in the application writing process.
  4. Learn tips & strategies to make their applications stand out.
We'll have an ongoing Q&A so all your questions about the applications process can be answered.
