The best of both worlds, Viki combines breathing and mindfulness with functional fitness moves that will energize you for the day.
Take a midday break and join us for this 8 week series designed for all levels, including beginner. You might think of Chair Yoga as slow and tedious, but this class is fun, challenging, lively, stimulating and empowering! If you have a strap, belt or towel have it handy.

Juror David Dunlop, internationally known artist and lecturer, takes us on a journey focusing on the show's award winners, some standouts and a few of his favorites.
Elevate your experience and gain a deeper understanding by viewing the works in MTL's 51st Art Show through the eyes of this modern master!
About Our Juror:
David Dunlop is known a modern-day master whose luminous paintings draw from both Renaissance techniques and contemporary science. His paintings are held in major collections throughout the United States and his award-winning lectures have received accolades throughout the world.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art invited David to lecture on 4000 years of landscape painting and in 2009, he won an Emmy and a CINE Golden Eagle Award as the engaging host and writer of a 13-show national PBS television series,
Landscapes Through Time with David Dunlop.
A resident of Wilton, David's work has been widely exhibited in galleries all over the world. His work has been reviewed extensively in publications such as
The New York Times and
Art New England. Recently, his art was featured on the cover of
Ink Publications and a solo show was reviewed and featured on the cover of
American Art Collector.
