Pizza & Hot Chocolate Kindergarten Story Time & Taking the bus from RES! (for Kindergarteners)

Let's get cozy with pizza, hot chocolate and a good book or two! Kindergarteners, come to the Mark Twain Library, snack on pizza, and make your own (not too) hot chocolate creation at our hot chocolate bar. Then we'll gather together and share wintery stories and mini-movies. This event is for Kindergarteners to attend without an adult. Photos and videos from this event may be used on the Library's social media sites. Children who sign up for this program can take the bus from RES to MTL; Miss Lisa will meet them when they get off the bus. To take the bus you must:

1. fill out the RES dismissal form and indicate they are going to this program at MTL.
2. register for this program and indicate that your child will take the bus

Join our popular international relations discussion group modeled on the Foreign Policy Association's Great Decisions. This seven-session series will cover an array of foreign affairs topics, international migration, the Syrian War, Japan in the 21st century and more.  These discussions are developed and moderated by members of the Great Decisions group that meets each winter. The World Affairs Forum meets the first and third Monday of the month at the Library.   Participants are encouraged to attend in person to fully participate in the discussion; however, an option for individuals to join virtually via Zoom is available.  All registered participants will receive a link the day of the meeting. Register once to receive topic specific reading material prior to all  7 sessions.
