This panel discussion is co-sponsored by the Town of Redding Registrar of Voters & The League of Women Voters of Redding

Get the facts about election security directly from the town’s Registrars of Voters!

This year, Election Day is on Tuesday, November 5th and a panel with representatives from the town’s Registrar of Voters will discuss important details for community members to understand issues and procedures for casting a vote.

Transparency is an important part of the Registrars’ commitment to the community, and officials will explain how voter rolls are updated, how elections are administered and how votes are secured. In addition, officials will discuss how the function of the tabulator, early voting, how voter eligibility and registration are verified, and legally mandated checks and balances on Election Day.

Plus, the panel will answer questions from the public regarding voting and registration.

This is a hybrid program that will take place both live at the Library, and virtually over Zoom. For a full experience we recommend attending this program live at the Library.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen to register for the Virtual option and include a cell for a text reminder. You will receive a Zoom link the day of the program.

Would you prefer instead to attend the program in-person, at the Library?  Click here to register for the in-person program.
