Get into the holiday spirit with a festive flower arranging demonstration led by professional florist Jessica Bowen of Botanicals by Jessica (formerly of Flower Girl Florist in Branchville). As a special feature to this presentation, Jessica will draw inspiration from floral still life paintings from the MTL’s 52nd Art Show!

Learn how to create beautiful seasonal arrangements that will add a touch of elegance to your home or to make the perfect holiday gift.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from an expert and leave with inspiration to bring fresh and unexpected holiday cheer into your own space.

All are welcome, and no previous experience is required.

About Our Presenter

Botanicals by Jessica is a new floral boutique and gift store, owned by Jessica Bowen Piacente. With roots in Sandy Hook, Jessica has spent over 14 years crafting floral designs, and was the former lead floral artisan for Ridgefield’s beloved Flower Girl Florist. Her signature Lush Garden style, featuring rich textures, layered elegance and graceful blooms, is now the heart and soul of Botanicals by Jessica.

Beyond flowers, Jessica has a long-standing commitment to supporting the Mark Twain Library, where she regularly contributes her expertise and creativity to help enrich the Library’s events. This dedication reflects her belief in the importance of fostering local culture and community spirit.

Jessica’s dream of opening her own shop at 62 Danbury Road in Ridgefield became a reality in June, thanks to the encouragement of her family, friends, and longtime clients, along with the invaluable mentorship she has received.
