Join author and cartoonist Em Sauter for an evening featuring 250 years of U.S. brewing history!
From the minute the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock (because — and, according to Em, this is true — they were out of beer), frothy ale has been a vital part of the United States’ cultural identity.
Sauter will distill 250 years of brewing history, tracing the roots of brewing from English colonial influence all the way to post Prohibition and the rise of the modern craft beer movement.
Beer samples will be provided. Participants must be 21 or over to attend.
