Spring is a season of renewal — and the perfect time to refresh your mind and spirit. Join us at the Library for a guided meditation and visualization session with Alexa Oliveri, an abundance coach who will help us reconnect, recharge, and step into the new season with intention.

In this calming one-hour program, participants will be gently led through breathwork, visualization exercises, and simple grounding techniques that support mindfulness and emotional wellness. Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a peaceful space to pause, reflect, and cultivate clarity as nature blossoms around us.

Come as you are — no special equipment or experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and a desire to feel more centered this spring.

About our presenter:

Alexa Oliveri is a lifestyle coach and community builder.She is passionate about helping people integrate their roles and help them find more ease and joy. Alexa’s training in corporate business, event planning, team leadership, life and business coaching come to the forefront with her current work in groups, one-on-one sessions & retreats.
