This Month’s Special Guest

State Representative Anne Hughes, as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) representing the 135th House District (Easton, Weston, and Redding), Hughes has served as a key member—and former Vice Chair—of the legislature’s Aging Committee, alongside her work on the Human Services and Labor and Public Employees committees.

Aging happens… so let’s talk about it! Join a new, informal discussion group as we talk, listen, learn — and figure out how to turn sour grapes into fine wine.

Potential topics will include maintaining relevancy, resiliency, dealing with ageism, acceptance and compassion. The conversation will be facilitated members of Fine Wine and Sour Grapes.

New attendees always welcome!

Meetings are held at the Library on the second Thursday of the month. Upcoming Meeting Dates:  November 12 & December 10.
