Designers Victoria Tomlinson Cole and Bennett Leifer share how art can transform a space — and how the right piece can speak to you on every level, from emotional connection to aesthetic harmony.
Following their conversation, guests are invited to join Victoria and Bennett for a guided gallery walk and informal Q&A. Hear about their favorite works from this year’s juried exhibition and gain insight into how designers and collectors alike choose pieces that bring meaning and personality into the home.
About Our Speakers:
Victoria Tomlinson Cole, founder of her eponymous design firm, studied Interior Design at Syracuse University and trained under celebrated designers Thierry Despont, Juan Pablo Molyneux, and Peter Marino before launching her own studio in 2014. Her projects — from coastal retreats to historic brownstones — are known for their warmth, comfort, and timeless elegance.
Bennett Leifer, founder of Bennett Leifer Interiors, leads an award-winning New York–based studio recognized for its sophisticated color palettes, historical depth, and playful modernity. A graduate of Skidmore College, Bennett’s work has been featured in Kips Bay Show House, Holiday House, and across leading design publications, earning him honors on Elle Décor’s A-List and Luxe Interiors + Design’s Gold List.
