Join this in-person mindfulness program to kick off our virtual meditation series to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and connected.

Love Letters — A Meditation & Mindfulness Session with Jackie DeLise

Celebrate Valentine’s season by sharing a little love with yourself. For this in-person session, Jackie DeLise, CMMI & CMWI, will guide participants in breath awareness, body relaxation, and gratitude. After this balancing and calming time, participants will be prompted to write a personal letter to their future selves from the spaciousness of the present moment, and will be guided to experience inner tranquility and clarity. Materials will be provided for the letters.
