This winter, we’re kicking off the season with two special in-person mindfulness programs to help us begin the New Year grounded, refreshed, and connected.
Two of our most popular virtual wellness programs — Meditation and Yoga — will launch with special in-person sessions before continuing online for the remainder of the winter session.
Mindful Cozy Flow Yoga with Viki Boyko
After years of guiding us through a virtual gentle yoga practice, Functional Movement Instructor Viki Boyko will visit Mark Twain Library for a special in-person session to help us ease into winter and reconnect with our bodies!
Designed for all levels — from beginners to seasoned yogis — this session will include thoughtful modifications to ensure everyone feels supported. Participants may wish to bring a strap, belt, or towel for additional assistance.
