Before summer gets into full swing take time for yourself and join our favorite crafter, Deb Owen to create one of the hottest trends – decoupage seashells. These beautiful shells make lovely trinket dishes or ornaments for your home or to give as a special gift.
No experience is required. All materials supplied.
