Come relax, fill up your cup and find your Zen. This 60-minute session will take you on a meditative journey to navigate a path toward joy, restoration — and even a better nights sleep! Enjoy a guided meditation, soothing sounds from crystal bowls and other musical medicine. Please wear comfortable clothing to put your mind and body at total ease.
Participants may either sit in a chair, or stretch out on the floor. For those who prefer to lay down, please bring a yoga mat or towel.
This session is led by Alexa Oliveri, a lifestyle coach and community builder.

Alexa’s training in corporate business, event planning, team leadership, life and business coaching come to the forefront with her current work in groups, one-on-one sessions & retreats.
