      Fundraisers

      Frog Frolic

The Library holds a “children’s country fair” each year, for the general benefit of the library. Crafts, rides, games, and other activities designed for children of all ages are offered at the Redding Community Center, rain or shine.

      Book Fair

The Mark Twain Library Book Fair is the oldest – and one of the largest – in New England. Held annually on Labor Day Weekend, it is one of the library’s biggest fundraisers.

      Pudd’nhead Festival

The Pudd’nhead Festival was founded in 2014 by NY Times Bestselling author, actor, and comedian Michael Ian Black. The centerpiece of the Festival is the Pudd’nhead Prize for Outstanding Humor.

      Art Show

Take inspired works of art; a Library magically transformed into a sparkling, vibrant gallery; add infectious community enthusiasm… Put it all together and the result is the Library’s Annual Art Show fundraiser.
