College Board– The educational non-profit in charge of all SAT, SAT Subject Test, PSAT, & AP registration, score viewing & score sending. Collegeboard also provides 8 free practice SAT tests, and helps students with their college & scholarship search. Outside of the fees to register for an exam and send scores, all tools on the site are absolutely free!

ACT – The educational-nonprofit for ACT-related registration, score viewing & score sending. ACT provides a couple of free resources for ACT Prep, however since it’s partnered with a private test-prep company, most of the study material is available for purchase.

Khan Academy  – Khan Academy’s mission is to provide a free world-class education to anyone, anywhere. Khan Academy partnered with Collegeboard to provide students of all education levels and backgrounds FREE personalized SAT Prep. Students can find videos and practice questions for all aspects of the SAT and can self-prep. I’ve known students who received 1400+ on the SAT just by studying on Khan Academy. Khan Academy also offers thousands of videos on everyday school subjects such as math, science & engineering, economics, computing, and arts & humanities for K-12. This is an amazing resource that’s definitely worth checking out.

SAT Practice Tests – See what the SAT looks likes and use these ACTUAL SAT exams from Collegeboard to practice. Note: these are the same exams that are used on Khan Academy. They are 100% free, so take a look at the test structure, question format, length, etc.

Method Test Prep ACT/SAT Test Prep – Access comprehensive, self-paced SAT/ACT programs for free through the library.

Brainfuse – This service offers on demand, anytime, anywhere eLearning for all ages and levels, as well as access to live, expert tutoring. The Brainfuse full-service test center offers practice tests for all levels in math, reading, and writing as well as college entrance tests – including the SAT, ACT and numerous AP exams.
