Mark Twain Library patrons may reserve museum passes online through our reservation system (Tixkeeper). Choose the pass and preferred date and complete the request as instructed. You will need your library card number to place your reservation.
The Library loans passes for free or reduced admission to a number of Connecticut cultural institutions and area attractions.
Passes are loaned for three days and cannot be renewed.
Reservations cannot be placed if your library card has expired, has over $10 in fines, or is otherwise blocked.
Passes may be reserved for a specific date up to one month in advance.
They must be returned to the library by the date they are due.
Passes returned after their due date incur a $5.00/day overdue fine, which is charged until the pass is returned.
Please be careful with the passes; there is a $50.00 charge if a pass is lost.

What happens if I pick a pass up late? Your loan period will be shortened by one day or two if you pick the pass up on the second or third day of your reservation.
