Join us virtually for a special holiday experience with globally recognized makeup artist and Redding’s own Vincent Oquendo. You may recognize him as this season’s makeup expert from Project Runway. During the event, Vincent will demonstrate dazzling holiday makeup looks and share supermodel-worthy beauty secrets including how to shop and how to apply makeup. The afternoon promises to be fun-filled with plenty of time allotted for questions. Refreshments will be served.
About our speaker:
Vincent Oquendo is a globally recognized makeup artist, known for his bold aesthetic and creative vision. A “make-up maestro,” according to ELLE, Vincent’s red carpet clients include Lily Collins, Janelle Monae, Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Hailey Bieber, Diane Kruger, and Jessica Biel. Vincent emulates Old-Hollywood glamour with a dash of modern flair. In addition to the red carpet, Vincent works with photographers such as Alexei Hay, Zoey Grossman, Miguel Reveriego, and Ben Watts, and his work has been featured in Vogue, ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, W, and more. Vincent is the Global Makeup Ambassador for SHISEIDO, Brand Ambassador for Maybelline, and Brand Ambassador for LUMIFY Eye Drops.
Participants may choose to attend in-person at the Library or view this event live from home via Zoom. Please register for one option only. Include your cell phone number on the registration form and receive one text reminder, approximately 30 minutes before the program begins.
